Ingredients
(An energy boosting breakfast bowl that makes a great alternative to cereal and keep me full until lunch)
- Six packets of Dukes Waffy ( crushed)
- 1cup skim milk yogurt
- Fresh fruits ( seasonal) of your choice – sliced
- 3 tbsp mixed nuts, dates
Method
- Layer the bowl with crumbled Dukes Waffy wafers.
- Then add 3 tablespoons of yogurt, layer with fresh and dry fruits, some more yogurt, and finally
- sprinkle Dukes Waffy crumble on top.
The Dukes Waffy fruit yogurt parfait is ready to serve. An energy boosting breakfast bowl that makes a great alternative to cereal and keep me full until lunch.This yummy, healthy recipe can be served as breakfast, in between snack or as a dessert.
